A. INFORMATION COLLECTION
Anland (or an entity on behalf of Anland) does collect information about you by providing forms for you to fill out as a requirement to access the Network. The information that Anland collects is usually your contact information, including your name and e-mail address, as well as permission to use the submitted email address to mail information about the W Dallas Residences. Data may be shared with Starwood (just an example – ABC may provide customer information to its licensors and contractors that are involved in the development, marketing and/or operation of such properties, products or services, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, "Starwood"), among others. By providing your information, you agree to this use and disclosure of such information.)

Anland may also use "cookies." Cookies are small pieces of information that may be placed on your computer's hard drive. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your web browser to block them in the future (although blocking cookies may affect the operation of the Network).

B. ACCESS TO THE INFORMATION
Anland does not sell, trade, or rent your information to others (other than to its corporate affiliates), but will use information you provide to support and enhance your relationship with Anland and to contact and notify you of products and services that might be of interest to you. Anland will also use the information provided by you in order to handle your requests and to provide you with better customer service, such as providing you with Anland's marketing material via email or postal mail or providing you with a copy of v-City Magazine.

Anland may also release your information to its advisors and the appropriate authorities when Anland believes, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Anland, Anland's users, or others. Anland may also sell, transfer and disclose your information part of a business divestiture, sale, merger, or acquisition of all or a part of Anland's business.

C. CHOICE AND ACCESS
By signing up for the service and providing your information you consent to the terms of this statement. The information you submit is used for a one-time registration and may only be updated by completing a new registration.

We offer you the opportunity to opt out of having your information used by Anland to send you marketing materials. In fact, opting out is the default selection and you must check the appropriate box in order to receive the materials.

D. SECURITY
In an effort to protect your information, Anland stores the information in a proprietary third party database that is accessible from the internet via your secure ID and password. However, while Anland strives to protect your personal information, Anland does not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

Web sites that you may access via the Network may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information. Anland does not have any control over these other sites, and is not responsible for actions or privacy policies of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites.

E. MINORS
The Network is not designed nor intended to collect personal information from children under the age of 13. In addition, we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Anland recommends that parents supervise their children while online.
